Animal CD Project
This is a great way to reuse those free internet CDs that seem to fill your mailbox.
Supplies:
CD you don't want to use again
Paint/Markers
Construction Paper
Glue (I prefer Superglue but Elmers will work too)
Glitter(optional)
Magnet (optional)
Print up our Templates and cut out the animal of your choice. Glue the body parts to the printed side of the CD. If you are planning on making this a magnet, go ahead and glue that on the center at the same time.
Once the glue has dried you child can use their imagination to decorate their critter. They can paint or draw on the CD and construction paper. Use buttons, wiggly eyes or even bottlecaps for the eyes. Get creative! This is a great "recycling" project. Look around your house for stray items to re-use!
